Here’s the latest line up of venues involved in Reigate Summer Festival, 20-22 June 2025. New venues coming on board each week. With four stages dotted around the town and a fringe trail incorporating town centre pubs, cafes, Everyman Cinema, public spaces and shops, it’s shaping up very nicely!
Tunnel Stage
The Tunnel Stage, at the South side of Tunnel Road is the focal point of Reigate Summer Festival. Brought to you by New Music Nights, Dragonfly Studios, Reigate Architects and UnusualExpo this is the main stage for live music over the weekend, with light shows and film projections adding to the spectacle.
Take a look at what’s on, on the Tunnel Road Stage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then just turn up and enjoy! There’s no entry charge, but we’ll be raising funds for three local charities.
Check the Tunnel Stage schedule for further details.
Please note: Tunnel Road will continue to be open to pedestrians during the festival.
Community Stage
Situated inside ‘the church on the high street’ (that’s set back from the road, a few doors along from Marks & Spencers), the Community Stage will be showcasing performances from around 10 local performing arts groups and associations – including Voicerox, Reigate School of Ballet and Reigate College.
To see what’s on, on the Community Stage, check the Community Stage schedule.
Our sincere thanks to everyone at Reigate Methodist Church for your positivity and support, in helping to create a Community Stage in the heart of the town.
Clocktower Stage
On the very spot where Paul Heaton and Norman Cook serenaded Reigate in 1980 when The Housemartins were still a twinkle in their eye, the Clocktower Stage will again feature music from Reigate’s local talent. Situated on the cobbles beneath the old Town Hall clock, it’s bound to stop a little traffic. Grab a coffee and a bun from Gail’s or Caffè Nero and just kick back and enjoy the music.
The Clocktower Stage will feature wind and swing bands, a choir and singer-songwriters galore, alternating with the acts on the Tunnel Stage. Look out too for the Surrey Drinks Collective (CDC) outdoor bar, lending a hand to The Market Stores to keep everyone refreshed.
Check the Clocktower Stage schedule for further details.
Cage Yard Stage
The Cage Bar, situated in Cage Yard, is a popular year round venue for live music, right in the heart of Reigate. Built as a prison in 1811, it was bought by Pilgrim Brewery in 2024 (so it now sells decent beer), and is set to establish itself as one of Reigate’s foremost entertainment destinations, thanks to its central location (down the alley to Morrisons) and the perfect courtyard outside its doors.
New Music Nights have made it their second monthly home, along with other bands and open mics making up a regular menu of live music. It also hosts poetry events and DJs, and will be a big draw during the festival with a programme of music scheduled throughout the weekend, including an open mic on the Saturday.
Keep checking our Schedule page to see what’s on at the Cage Yard Stage.
Fringe Trail
Throughout the town, a Fringe Trail of pubs, community spaces and shops and cafes will once again be hosting a range of other events at different times during the weekend. We’ll be updating the schedules for these venues once they’re confirmed.
Reigate Community Centre
On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 June 2025, the Art and Design Department at Reigate College will be hosting an exhibition that showcases the work of around 40 predominantly Fine Art students. The exhibition will take place at Reigate Community Centre (that’s situated behind Reigate Methodist church).
The exhibition is taking part over the last weekend of Surrey Artists’ Open Studios. It’s hoped that by taking part, more people will have the chance to benefit from the exceptional talent emerging from the College.
The College’s Head of Art, Chantelle Shekyls, will also be running a Beginners‘ Lino Print workshops on Saturday morning in Somers Hall (at a cost of £25 per person). More details to follow, but places will be extremely limited so early booking is recommended.
Affordable, limited edition prints of all artworks in the exhibition will go on sale ahead of the exhibition. Please check back for the link.
Our sincere thanks to Reigate Community Centre for enabling us to take over this space over the festival weekend.
Check the Reigate Community Centre schedule for further details.
