Reigate Summer Festival, which takes place on the 14-16 June, has teamed up with The Planet Reigate Podcast to help spread the news about all the performances and displays taking place. The podcast has already run an interview with one of the festival organisers, Tim Glynne-Jones, and will continue to share information and cover the event as it happens.
The Planet Reigate Podcast was launched by local broadcast journalist Peter Stewart to give the RH1, 2 and 3 area a regular diet of guests and events, news and sport, weather and travel, like the area’s very own radio show. Peter describes it as “hyperlocal” to the area. “We don’t talk about Crawley, Dorking or even Banstead,” he says. “We’ve never heard of Sussex or Kent.”
Shows go out first thing on a Saturday morning and you can catch them any time you like via all good podcast platforms.
